ACV Made "The Right Way"
We start with the best ingredients: pristine Spring water from a natural mountain source, organic Washington state apples, Organic coconut sugar and some "starter" ACV from a previous batch.
The apples are chopped up and placed in glass carboys with the Spring water and coconut sugar. The starter ACV is added to promote the natural fermentation process.
This mixture is stirred every day for a month, at which point the apples are strained out and the ACV is left to continue its natural fermentation process for another month before Ph testing and bottling.

The Journey from ACV to Fire Cider
Often referred to as “Nature’s Remedy,” our Fire Cider is hand-crafted in small batches. We infuse organic ginger, organic onion, organic horseradish, organic elderberry, organic dandelion root, organic echinacea root, organic burdock root, wild Doug Fir leaf, organic sage, organic rosemary, organic thyme and organic oregano into our naturally fermented Apple Cider Vinegar.
The mixture is fermented with love in glass carboys for 6 weeks. This secondary fermentation is in addition to the 2-month fermentation process for the Apple Cider Vinegar.
Raw, unprocessed and naturally fermented; no heat or chemicals are ever used.
