Order Processing And Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours (orders are not fulfilled on weekends or holidays). Although we endeavor to fulfill all orders within this time frame, shipments may be delayed by several days during times of high order volume. Please allow for additional processing time during major sales events and holidays.

International Orders

Due to the increasing costs of shipping and continuing issues with carriers, we are no longer able to guarantee delivery of international orders, or to re-ship orders that incur delivery problems at our expense. International customers will be assuming the risk when ordering.

You can lessen the risk by choosing Navidium Shipping Protection with your order. This shipping protection will cover loss due to theft, damage or lost packages. We highly recommend Navidium for International orders. If your order is lost, stolen or damaged and you opted in to our Navidium Shipping Protection, we are able to refund your purchase (less initial shipping costs and Navidium charge) hassle-free. This optional protection provides our customers with an optimal shopping experience, should the package incur damage during transit or become lost or stolen.

DrCowansGarden.com is not responsible for any Customs Seizures, Customs Fees, Duty Fees, or Taxes charged by countries on internationally shipped orders from our site. All fees, if any, imposed during the international shipping process are the sole responsibility of the customer receiving the package (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Incorrect Shipping Address

DrCowansGarden.com is unable to re-route packages with incorrect addresses once orders are fulfilled

Order Cancellations or Modifications

We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been submitted. You may return your UNOPENED box by writing "Return to Sender" with a bold marker on the top of the box near the shipping label. Once the returned package has been inspected and deemed unopened and the products untouched, we will issue a store credit less the order's shipping charges.

Navidium Shipping Protection

We highly recommend and offer this optional protection on your orders. If your order is lost, stolen or damaged and you opted in to our Navidium Shipping Protection, we are able to reship or refund your purchase (less initial shipping costs and Navidium charge) hassle-free. This optional protection provides our customers with an optimal shopping experience, should the package incur damage during transit or become lost or stolen.

Stolen or Lost Packages

DrCowansGarden.com is unable to reimburse for theft or lost packages purchased without Navidium Shipping Protection. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier and/or local law enforcement authorities as appropriate.

Leaking or Spillage Upon Receipt

If you ordered any of our Raw and Fermented products and there was some leakage or spillage upon receipt of your order, please know that due to the fermentation process, the products are under pressure when shipped in warm temperatures. Some leakage is normal. It is best to refrigerate the item immediately upon receipt to reduce the pressure from natural fermentation gases. Leaking is completely normal. Unless the bottle is cracked or otherwise damaged, the product is safe to enjoy.
