Raw unprocessed naturally fermented Fire Cider is often referred to as “Nature’s Remedy”. Hand-crafted in small batches from wild and organic sources, our Fire Cider is made by infusing organic ginger, organic onion, organic horseradish, organic elderberry, organic dandelion root, organic echinacea root, organic burdock root, wild Doug Fir leaf, organic sage, organic rosemary, organic thyme and organic oregano into our naturally fermented Apple Cider Vinegar. The mixture is fermented with love in glass carboys for 6 weeks. This secondary fermentation is in addition to the 2-month fermentation process for the Apple Cider Vinegar. 100% raw and alive; no heat or chemicals are ever used.

Apple Cider Vinegar, Ginger, Onion, Horseradish, Elderberry, Dandelion Root, Echinacea Root, Burdock Root, Doug Fir Leaf, Sage, Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano. All ingredients are either wild or organic.

Shake well before use. Take 1 teaspoon up to 3x daily when detox symptoms occur.

Store in a cool, dry place. No refrigeration necessary; however, refrigeration extends shelf life. We include a “best by” date that is 1 year from bottling for peak taste and enjoyment, if you refrigerate upon receipt. Although Apple Cider Vinegar has no specific expiration date, Fire Cider’s additional infused ingredients can cause spoilage over time. Use by best by date for best results, or look for signs of spoilage (mold and off smell). Cloudiness, yeast and sediment are normal. This is a natural, live product so using your judgment means more than a date on the bottle; how you store it will impact shelf life!

PLEASE NOTE:
This is a raw fermented product. Natural expansion may occur, especially if the product is subjected to higher temperatures, which could cause product leakage. We have packaged this in a spill-proof bag to protect the rest of the products in your order. Please allow product to rest at room temperature in your home or under refrigeration to allow any bubbling to settle before opening. Leaking is completely normal. Unless the bottle is cracked or otherwise damaged, the product is safe to enjoy.

Apple Cider Vinegar (natural mountain spring water, organic apples from Washington, organic coconut sugar, and some starter Apple Cider Vinegar from a previous batch), Organic Ginger, Organic Onion, Organic Horseradish, Organic Elderberry, Organic Dandelion Root, Organic Echinacea Root, Organic Burdock Root, Wild Harvested Doug Fir Leaf, Organic Sage, Organic Rosemary, Organic Thyme, Organic Oregano.

ACV Made "the right way"

We start with the best ingredients: pristine Spring water from a natural mountain source, organic Washington state apples, Organic coconut sugar and some "starter" ACV from a previous batch.

The apples are chopped up and placed in glass carboys with the Spring water and coconut sugar. The starter ACV is added to promote the natural fermentation process.

This mixture is stirred every day for a month, at which point the apples are strained out and the ACV is left to continue its natural fermentation process for another month before Ph testing and bottling.

There are no shortcuts taken, no heat or chemicals introduced. Just pure, unadulterated apple cider vinegar for your health and enjoyment!
