Spicy Turmeric Tahini Dressing
By Esther Boateng
Don’t let your roasted veggies go naked this holiday. Cover them in this spicy tahini dressing made with warm spices such as turmeric, pepper salt, spicy fermented hot sauce, and olive oil. If your jar of tahini has been sitting unused for a while and has developed lumps, mix in a little brewed Ashitaba tea or regular filtered water, then stir well. I find this helps to create a smooth consistency when I make the dressing.
