This is the best grassfed ghee from the right type of cows. Since my son is allergic to dairy, we use it in place of butter on toast, in cooking as it adds buttery flavor and takes high heat, and as a butter substitute in baked goods... This is one of my pantry staples, always have it on hand.

I have been procuring this Ghee for approximately 18 months now and I have to say, this is the most nourishing Ghee that I ever have had the privilege to taste and nourish myself with. I am of East Indian ethnicity and have been eating Ghee since I was a baby and I am 51 years of age now and I have to say that I have never had any Ghee such as this. It literally tastes like toffee. I eat 1 tablespoon of this each morning on an empty stomach and it is challenging to convey in words how this practice is so beneficial and all I can say is that, just do it and find out. We go through a lot of this ghee! My 4 children love it and I love knowing they’re being nourished daily by this delicious top quality ghee. I don’t tolerate dairy well so this has been a great addition to my diet. Even my son with severe dairy allergies has been able to eat this!

Excellent ghee

Regular consumption of Ghee prevents health issues, fights diseases, and imparts nutritional and hormonal balance. This ghee has the highest quality and the best taste among all similar products I have tried so far. I highly recommend it!

I would not recommend this ghee. I have tried many and also made ghee. This ghee tastes like the inner coating of the lid, a chemical taste. Also tastes slightly burnt.

I only drink A2/A2 milk from a regenerative farm in Ca, Alexandre dairy farm. So I was thrilled to see Dr Cowan's ghee was A2/A2. It's terrific the way ghee should taste. It's delicious.

It's hard to find A2A2 milk, let alone ghee. Very pleased with this ghee, great color (which means great nutrition), and great taste by itself. I priced it with a organic grassfed ghee at my health food store and they were very close in price. However, this ghee has better color, taste and is A2A2 where as the other is not. So as Dr Tom often says...there you go! :)

Sublime! I've tried many brands and this is by far the best. Leaves the others in the dust. The flavor is so divine: subtle yet a little nutty...just perfect. Use if for cooking everything and it's excellent on fresh popped popcorn. Highly highly recommend.

It's the only ghee I can digest well because it's made from such high quality A2 dairy, and it feels incredibly nourishing and balancing. I was reminded about it by Sol Luckman when he interviewed Brad Marshall about the Croissant Diet. (I think I had known about this ghee, but hadn't been ready to pay for shipping in the past. It's so worth it!) It's probably the healthiest, as well as most delicious, thing I eat, and it's so wonderful to be able to have dairy, with all of its benefits, in my diet.

We use the ghee by adding it to our morning hot beverage. We also mix our oven roasted veggies with a spoon of it. Of course we use it to saute eggs and veggies for the occasional frittata. We are very selective and use very few dairy product; a bit of colostrum and goat whey. We bought this product, even though we have used ghee from another company, and we are glad we did. It tastes really good and I feel it has many health benefits for us. Thanks.

Learning from Dr Cowan has been an awesome adventure. The Ghee he offers was new to me but I knew A2 removed from cattle was not natural, so the fact this produce is from A2 cattle was attractive. After trying the Ghee a few times, I am hooked. It tastes incredible and now I use it in replacement of butter entirely. Now…I get my wife to adjust as well! Next order I will likely be buying multiple jars once the current jar only has about 20% remaining.

I don't due anything dairy and almost vegan but this stuff is great. I can guarantee there is no dairy in it as I can tolerate it. Dairy products inflame my digestive system and I am fine with A2/A2 Ghee in fact I love it.

A2 A2 ghee has a wonderful taste added to my coffee. I finally tried it for frying some chicken and sirloin. It barely splatters around the pan. Which certainly makes for a quicker cleanup on the stove top. I am glad I decided to try it.

I've tried many ghee products, this is superior. Sure, you can get a vat at Costco, yet this tastes like small batch preparation with attention to important details, the glass jar superior for storage, will be gone soon!
