Raw unprocessed naturally fermented Apple Cider Vinegar is widely considered Nature’s Probiotic. Hand-crafted in small batches from wild and organic sources, our Apple Cider Vinegar is made the “right way.” Stirred daily in glass carboys for a month, strained and returned to the carboys for another month of fermentation, and Ph tested before being bottled in glass bottles. 100% raw and alive with ‘the Mother’; no heat or chemicals are ever used.

Natural Mountain Spring Water, Organic Apples from Washington, Organic Coconut Sugar, and some starter Apple Cider Vinegar from a previous batch. That’s it!

Shake well before use. Add to recipes, or drink 1-2 Tbsp. per day, diluted in 8-12 ounces of water.

CAUTION: Do not drink undiluted. Undiluted ACV is very acidic, which can irritate the throat and harm tooth enamel.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. No refrigeration necessary. We include a “best by” date that is 2 years from bottling for peak taste and enjoyment. However, experts agree that Apple Cider Vinegar has no specific expiration date and can be consumed indefinitely after the best by date. Over time, it may become cloudier with more sediment at the bottom, and eventually will lose its “vinegary” flavor.

Natural Mountain Spring Water, Organic Apples from Washington, Organic Coconut Sugar, and some starter Apple Cider Vinegar from a previous batch. That’s it!


ACV Made "the right way"

We start with the best ingredients: pristine Spring water from a natural mountain source, organic Washington state apples, Organic coconut sugar and some "starter" ACV from a previous batch.

The apples are chopped up and placed in glass carboys with the Spring water and coconut sugar. The starter ACV is added to promote the natural fermentation process.

This mixture is stirred every day for a month, at which point the apples are strained out and the ACV is left to continue its natural fermentation process for another month before Ph testing and bottling.

There are no shortcuts taken, no heat or chemicals introduced. Just pure, unadulterated apple cider vinegar for your health and enjoyment!
