Three-Beet Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
- 1/2 can of full-fat coconut milk
- 1 cup of another nut milk (I generally use homemade almond milk)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 tsp Dr. Cowan's Garden Three-Beet Powder
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender
- Stir in one scant 1/2 cup of chia seeds and pour into jars. Chill overnight.
