Spicy Shrimp with Garlicky Creamed Spinach
By Esther Boateng
This recipe is a breeze to prepare, and you only need two main ingredients, spinach, and shrimp. Add nutmeg and aniseed to heighten the taste, all-purpose seasoning, as much cream as you need to create your desired consistency, and your meal is pretty much ready. Stir-fry your shrimps or scallops with a little seasoning and scatter them on top of your creamy spinach. Garnish with a small amount of fermented hot sauce, sauerkraut, or kimchi.
