Granola Butter
By Esther Boateng
Step away from your go-to plain yogurt and treat your tastebuds to this yummy granola butter. Crunchy, sweet, and slightly savory is the only way to describe this playful combo. Made with two main ingredients, almond or pecan butter and granola, this sweet and savory spread pairs well with yogurts, smoothies, and works wonders on crackers or toast. Grab your favorite granola, combine it with crunchy nut butter, add vegetable powders, and start munching.
I love mixing it into chia pudding topped with bananas and warm wild blueberries mixed with beet powder for extra nutrition. Garnish your chia pudding with crushed sprouted nuts, a light dusting of organic three-beet powder or bee pollen and enjoy.
