Everything Breakfast Sarnie

Treat your loved ones to a mouthwatering and nourishing breakfast sandwich. Pile on as many tasty toppings as you like: hummus, avocado, eggs, and olive paste. Bake, poach or scramble your eggs and garnish them with olive paste, fermented probiotic hot sauce, or keep it simple with a dash of Pepper Salt, and enjoy every gooey savory bite.

Ingredients
1/2 avocado, smashed
-
1/4 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Dandelion Powder
-
1/4 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Leek Powder
-
1/4 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Pepper Salt
- 3-4 slices halloumi cheese, pan-fried
- 1 slice sourdough, toasted

Dr. Cowan’s Garden A2/A2 Ghee for sourdough toast
-
Drizzle Dr. Cowan’s Garden Olive Oil for sourdough toast (optional)
- 2 tbsp. hummus
- 2 eggs, cooked
-
1/2 Tbsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Olive Paste

Dash Dr. Cowan’s Garden Jaya Raw Fermented Probiotic Hot Sauce
Directions
To a small bowl add half an avocado.
- Add dandelion, leek and pepper salt to the avocado.
- Mash the avocado with the back of a fork. Set aside.
- Pan-fry halloumi cheese slices in a hot pan for a few minutes until golden brown.
- Toast a slice of sourdough bread.
- Butter your sourdough toast or drizzle on olive oil.
- Spread hummus on the toast.
- Apply avocado mash.
- Layer on halloumi slices.
- Top with cooked eggs.
- Garnish eggs with olive paste, fermented hot sauce, and/or pepper salt and serve.
Recipe Note
Crack 2 eggs and place them into a flexible muffin tray made of silicone and bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 10 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
