Blackened Cod

Mix, spread, and bake your way to a deliciously satisfying plate of blackened cod. Mix sea-vegetables powder with pepper salt and ghee, spread it over the top of your cod fillet(s), and bake for several minutes until cooked throughout. The cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of your fish. When your cod is no longer translucent, remove it from the oven and garnish with a slice of lemon or lime and a dash of probiotic hot sauce, and serve with rice, your favorite curry, or roasted vegetables.
